When a customer sends flowers for a birthday or anniversary, they can save the date with you. Occasionly emails them in your shop's name before each date, with a link straight back to your shop.
Free to start, with reminders for up to 50 customers.
A mum's birthday, an anniversary, a friend's milestone: the people who order from you are buying for dates that repeat every year. The customer was happy with last year's order, but this year's date arrives in the middle of their own busy week. They search again, or order from whoever they think of first.
Occasionly asks the customer for the date while they are already on your site, then reminds them before it comes round, with your shop's name on the email. You do not have to keep track of anyone's dates or write each reminder yourself.
Florists whose customers buy for someone else: a birthday bouquet, an anniversary arrangement, a gift to mark a friend's news. It suits any shop, studio or order page where people tell you who the flowers are for, because those dates come round every year and Occasionly can hold on to them for the customer. All it needs is somewhere to paste an embed code or a link to share, whichever platform your shop is on.
Sell cakes or baked goods too? Take a look at the bakeries page.
Paste a short embed code into your website, or link to the widget from your footer or a product page. It carries your shop's logo and colour.
They add the people they buy flowers for, with each person's birthday, anniversary or another date. One customer can save as many people as they like, and a confirmation email goes out straight away.
Occasionly emails the customer before each saved date, in your shop's name. The default schedule is 14 days ahead for the first reminder and 5 days ahead for the second, and Settings lets you move either one.
Each email links back to your shop. Your dashboard shows email clicks, and on Shopify stores an estimate of the orders placed after them.
Emails go out in your shop's name and brand colour, and a reply lands at the Reply-To address you choose. Every plan lets you look over an email in the dashboard and send a test copy to yourself first.
Pro and Business shops can edit the wording of all three emails, and their widget shows no Occasionly branding. Business shops can also send from their own domain, once the DNS records are added.
In the dashboard you can see your sign-ups and the clicks each email gets. Shopify stores also get an estimate of the orders placed after a click.
This is the default wording of the first reminder, with sample details filled in. Pro and Business shops can edit the wording.
Hi Alex,
Mum's birthday is on 14 July. Just a heads up so you have time to sort something out.

No. The widget is a short embed code, or a link you can share, so it works wherever your site lets you paste one. Revenue tracking is set up for Shopify stores, and its figures are estimates.
Birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions. Each customer can save as many people as they like, and the date label on the form changes to suit the occasion they pick.
Each saved date gets two reminders, by default 14 days and 5 days before. Both timings can be changed in Settings, and the second reminder can be switched off, to suit how far ahead your customers usually order.
Yours. Emails carry your shop's name and brand colour, and a reply lands at the Reply-To address you choose. Pro and Business shops can edit the wording, and Business shops can send from their own domain.
Customers can unsubscribe from any email with the link in it, and once they do they stop getting reminders. You can see who has unsubscribed on your Customers page.
Your dashboard shows email clicks. For Shopify stores it also estimates the orders that followed a click within 30 days. Treat these figures as estimates, because an order that follows a click is not evidence that the reminder led to it.
